We celebrated my cousin Katisha's High School Graduation on Saturday at my sister Dia's house. Lena fell asleep right before we got there and stayed asleep on my Nanny's arm for almost an hour.

Sarah Grace was entertaining everyone on the back deck with her adorable little singing voice. She is such an entertainer and so sweet
Charlie is getting use to her new home. The girls love her! She drives me crazy sometimes but that it expected with a puppy. We lost her on Sunday for about an hour. SG and I were both crying. I knew that she was in the house but we looked EVERYWHERE and couldn't find her. Shaun drove the neighborhood thinking that she may have slipped out and he couldn't find her. I looked in the washing machine thinking that I may have put her in there by mistake. I couldn't find her anywhere. Shaun came in and looked in our bedroom and there she was. I still don't know exactly where she was but we were so glad to find her. She cries in her carrier and loves sleeping with me. I know that it is hard to care for a new puppy and I knew that going into it so I have to suck it up. Lena goes around the house calling Charlie all the time. It is just precious.

So this comment doesn't go with this post... more the post about the painting the furniture. But I keep forgetting to post. So my mom and I read your blog all the time and LOVE the work that you have done. We were wondering how you did it because we have a few pieces that we would love to fix up/change. (And we aren't the greatest people at doing things like that.. We just put it off. ha) So can you give us some advice??
