Productive Weekend

We had a pretty busy weekend but managed to get a lot of things accomplished. Friday night, our niece Taci had a sleep over with Sarah Grace. They had a great time! We bought SG sand for her turtle sand box and as you can see Max enjoyed it as much as SG did. The girls played outside most of Saturday morning.
Saturday afternoon, Jacob had his first baseball game and hit it out to the fence. I was so proud of him. He is such a big boy now!
We also went to my cousin Shane's little girls 2ND birthday party at Chuck E Cheese. Two years ago when she was born, she was flown to AR Children's Hospital where they put a cooling cap on her to avoid possible brain damage. She was there for eight weeks and the doctors were not sure if she would ever be able to walk or what other complication that she may have. Praise the Lord, she is a NORMAL 2 year old with absolutely NO complications at all. She is as cute as can be and extremely healthy! We are so thankful for such a blessing in our family.

I have been procrastinating cleaning out our closets. Finally, Sunday afternoon I started cleaning out our winter clothes and moving in the maternity and spring/summer clothes (at least the ones that I can still wear). I am not finished with Shaun's section but need him to help so that I don't throw out his favorite worn out t shirts. HA! I swear he has at least 60 t-shirts that he has not worn in years but will not throw them out. I should probably just go in and do it all myself because I am sure that he would not miss anything.

I was in bed sick all day yesterday with a stomach bug so I did not get to be outside much. The weather is going to be in the high 70's so we are really looking forward to the rest of the week. Shaun and my dad had their first softball game last night and won 18 to 3. They coach my sister Natalie's 12 and under team. I was so bummed that I could not go but I did not feel like getting out of bed until late last night of course.
