First Hair Cut

Today was a bitter sweet day at the McCoy house. I decided it was summer and time for Sarah Grace to have her very first hair cut. She has darling hair and it was so long but it was hard to comb and keep out of her face. She always has a bow but I wanted something easy for the hot weather. I kept telling myself on the way to the salon that it would grow back in no time at all.
Before the cut... I was about to start crying as soon as she put the cape over her. I wasn't sure if I would be happy with the cut or not. It turned out absolutely adorable. Patty had to keep handing her things to play with to keep her still. I don't know how she managed to cut the hair straight.
At least three inches later.... I saved most of the hair for her baby book.

We had a special visitor! Shaun came up to see how his little princess looked after her cut. She was so excited to show off her new look.
