This morning Lena Katherine and I made a trip to the doctors office for her two month check up. She will be 12 weeks old this Thursday. She is a very healthy little girl. She weighs 15 lbs and 8 ounces and is 24.5 inches long. Big healthy girl. The shots were horrible. She cried so hard and it just broke my heart.
After the appt, we met up with Shaun and Sarah Grace at Chick Fil A. She fell asleep in Shaun's arms not long after we got there.
Tonight all of my family got together to surprise my grandma Edna. She thought that Shaun and I were bringing the girls over so that we could finish up our shopping. Instead we ALL showed up singing Christmas carols on her front porch. It was so awesome!!
After my Grandma's house we all went to visit Mrs Carter (aka... Momma Carter) to sing to her.
After caroling we went to the Filing Station for a big cheese burger and then walked around the square to see all of the lights.
Shaun is on vacation this week so I am really looking forward to some family time!!
