Holiday Cookies and playroom change

Each year as a family we make cookies for Christmas

Shaun usually is the one that does most of it and we just watch and then help clean up

 Sarah Grace enjoyed it this year

 Shaun made corn flake cookies and then chocolate and peanut butter Ritz crackers

 These are the best!  Lena enjoyed some Ritz with peanut butter.

Last week I rearranged again!  I wanted to move the playroom to the larger master bedroom to make room for Christmas toys.  The only thing they don't need this year is TOYS and I know they will get plenty more.  

 They have a lot more room to play in here

 I bought this table from my friend Meagan and love it so much!  It has chalk board paint on top if we ever want to use it for it. 

 My mom took Sarah G shopping the other day and she came home with this. 

 Here is the playroom tree.  I cant keep the cats out of this one either.  They love getting into the mesh and pulling it out of the trees.  I am not sure where they will play after Christmas. Ha!

 The girls and I drove around today on a mission to find this deodorant for my aunt Lena.  Growing up I always remember her and my Great Grandma Dorothy wearing this deodorant.  Three years ago, I came across some of it at a local store and bought it for her.  She told me this trip that she has finally used it all and can not find it anywhere in Oregon.  So today, I got on the phone and ran around town to find it.    I tried Wal-Mart, Walgreen's, US Drug, the heath food stores, Dollar stores, and Fred's.  After several attempts, I found it at a Freds out of all places. I went ahead and bought 12 bottles so that it would last her until her next trip.

Sarah Grace got a letter in the mail from Santa today.  It looks a lot like my sister's hand writing and the part about taking a nap at school gave me a big hint of who it really came from.  Sarah Grace loved getting this letter!  She is really excited about Christmas this year.
