So I really didn't get this out of a dumpster but I did find it on the side of the road in someones trash. The minute I saw it I knew it had a future in my house. My poor husband is rolling his eyes right now I know. I have had this poor thing for several months and finally was able to work on it this week.
What do you think? My neighbor built me a bottom for it yesterday and I primed and painted it at midnight last night. I think it turned out perfect! It has a lot of storage also!!
I put it in my living room to match the other piece that I did.
This is what it looked like when my mom bought it at a yard sale for $40.00
This is afterwards and now it is in my living room
I also have been working on a few frames that I picked up over the last couple of weeks.
I also picked up some cute items at some flea markets lately that I wanted to share. I found this cradle for the girls. Lena loves playing babies so it was perfect for her.
I found these rooster canisters at a thrift store on Monday.
This came from a local flea market. The bird nest came from my wedding shower.
