First Doctors Appt

So today I had my very first appt at the clinic. We basically just confirmed that I was pregnant and due October 8th, did blood work (which by the way hurt really bad), and went over health insurance. It really hit me today that in less than 9 months I will have two beautiful children. We go back to hear the heart beat and meet with the doctor on March 12th. I am so excited.

A sweet lady from church gave me this on Sunday and I wanted to share it with you.

A Parent's Prayer
Father God as You are lovingly forming our baby in my womb, please hear our prayer and according to Your Word may it be in our child's life. For You are able to do far more abundantly than all we could ever ask or think.
Grant our baby Your grace to receive Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior at a young age. Oh Lord, may they love You with all of their heart, mind, and soul.
Enlighten the eyes of our baby's heart so that they may know what is the hope of Your calling on their life. May our child never leave their first love, Jesus Christ, but rather grow in the wisdom and knowledge of Him all of their days.
Bless our baby with hunger and thirst for Your Word. May Your Word dwell richly within them to guide them and to enable them to walk in obedience to You. Bless our child with a heart that hungers and thirsts for righteousness. May they please You in all respects. Cause them to walk in a manner worthy of You Lord.
Fill Baby McCoy with Your joy, peace, and love that will sustain them in times of trials. May they grow to be devoted in prayer, alert, thankful, and watchful. May the peace of Christ rule in our baby's heart at all times.
O Lord, may our child believe and experience the surpassing greatness of Your power that works within them as a believer. May our child never tremble or be afraid because they will know You are with them. Our baby will know that You, O Lord are their shield, You are their fortress in times of trouble. May our baby live their life in the truth that You will never leave them, fail them or forsake them.
God may our baby bear abundant fruit in their life and bring glory to Your name. May our child always drink deeply of the river of Your delights. Cause them to be bold in their witness for You to all You bring across their path.
Please Lord keep Your hands upon our child all the days given them under Your sun and may Baby McCoy fulfill Your purpose for their life.
Thank you Lord for this precious gift of life that You have entrusted to us. Thank you for hearing this prayer and answering, thank You for Your word that directs us in the way we are to pray. Help us to be godly parents, and fill us with your love and wisdom. We seek You and Your will in all things. With hearts full of thanksgiving, in Jesus name we ask and eagerly watch for Your answer. Amen.

I am going to have this framed for our little gift as soon as we can decide on a name. She has a place at the bottom for the name. Speaking of names. I was thinking about Lena Katherine McCoy if we have a girl. Any thoughts? Honestly?

I have to get going, SG has little gym tonight and we need to leave soon.

I love that name! So cute! I hope you all are doing well! Baylee missed school yesterday because she was at her Mamaw's in Cabot. She will be back tomorrow!

Congratulations, Tracy! I hope and pray you have an easy pregnancy! I saw you comment on our blog, and "Misty" is not Misty Jette. Misty Flynt is formerly Misty Webb from Gravette. I think you may know her. She just had twins, and I'm waiting on her to call about the surgery! Tell your mom and Dia hello for me!
