Show Us Where You Live Friday- Living Room

Today we are showing living rooms. Her is our living area looking in from the front door. Our living room is painted in a ballroom gold so it makes it really dark, which I absolutely love. The curtains are probably my favorite thing in the living area.

This is our entry way into the living area. I love these pictures that hang here and the table is my favorite piece of furniture. The flower arrangement was made by my aunt Kim.
This is my desk. We have always had this in the guest bedroom but we are working on that room as the nursery so I moved it in the living area. I can now work or get on line while Shaun is watching TV. I like feeling close to him when we are both doing what we love.

This is my chair. I usually sit here if I can sit still for any length of time. Shaun and SG have the middle coach and I prefer the chair. This was the first thing that I bought for our new home almost 4 years ago. I saw it at Kirkland's and immediately fell in love. I like to move it from one side of the living area to the other. It looks great on both walls.
